Prices for our holiday apartments at the Thalerhof in Percha – per apartment and day, all taxes included, minimum stay 3 days.
Prices per apartment and day:

Children up to 3 years: € 15 per day.
- Prices are per apartment and day with a minimum stay of 3 days, all taxes included. For shorter stays the price increases by 10 %.
- Plus local tourist tax* of € 2.50 per person (aged 14 and over) and day, payable on site.
- Check-in from 2 pm, check-out by 10 am.
- Payment preferably in cash or by bank transfer.
Cancellation
Under the Italian Consumer Code you have no statutory right of withdrawal. However, we offer you the possibility to cancel in accordance with the cancellation terms of our general terms and conditions. Reference is expressly made to Art. 45–67 of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005).
To avoid unexpected costs, we recommend the Red Rooster cancellation insurance.
