No cookies, no tracking

This website uses no cookies and no analytics or tracking services. Fonts are loaded from our own server; no data is transferred to Google or other third parties when you visit.

Server log files

When you visit the website, our hosting provider ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich (Friedersdorf, Germany) stores technically necessary data in log files: IP address, date and time, requested page, browser and operating system. This data is used solely for the secure operation of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and is automatically deleted after a short period. A data processing agreement is in place with the provider.

Inquiry form and email

If you send us an inquiry via the form or by email, we process your details (name, email, phone if provided, travel dates, number of guests and message) solely to answer your inquiry and, where applicable, to handle your booking (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Your details from the form are not stored on the website but sent to us directly by email. Our mailbox is hosted by Microsoft Outlook.com; Microsoft may also process data outside the EU (basis: EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses). Your data is deleted as soon as it is no longer needed and no statutory retention obligations apply (e.g. tax obligations for bookings).

Spam protection in the inquiry form

To prevent the form from being misused by automated programs (bots), your browser solves a small computing task (ALTCHA) in the background while you fill it in. The task comes from our own server; no cookies are set and no data is transferred to third parties. We also store a pseudonymised value (hash) of your IP address for about one hour in order to limit the number of inquiries per hour. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in protection against misuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Our website contains links to other websites (e.g. Red Rooster, Google Maps). Data is only transferred to the respective provider when you click such a link; their privacy policy then applies.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure and restriction of processing, the right to data portability and the right to object (Art. 15–21 GDPR). Simply contact us. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, garanteprivacy.it).
